The result of Joseph co-operating and having a decent sleep was that I managed to make chocolate and vanilla marbled cakes, topped with chocolate butter cream and shaved white chocolate! They went down VERY well with my leadership team and luckily there were enough left to share with 3 of my best friends who came down to visit the next evening (nothing to do with seeing the photos of the cakes on Facebook!!!!!)
